Being a total novice, I completed the Divine Essence Crystal Healing training with Kitty Kavanagh. The experience and healing throughout was amazing and Kitty really is an excellent teacher in her delivery of the course. Thank you for coming to the centre to facilitate the Divine Essence Crystal Healing course. This is an excellent course for anyone who wants to work with Crystals as a treatment to offer friends, family and clients. I have attended Kitty's meditation classes and have experienced her as a woman who is grounded in her practice and wise. I have been attending Kitty's meditation classes since they began and they have greatly enhanced my outlook on life. Her classes are intensely spiritual, without being religious in the conventional sense. Each session is not just a deeply relaxing class, but a spiritual journey which takes you, through visualisation and soothing music, to realms beyond the imagination. If you want to escape the stresses of daily living and be transported for an hour to an angelic realm, I would recommend Kitty's classes. Except that it's not just for an hour; it spills over into daily life and provides you with a template for living.

Having attended weekly meditation classes with kitty I feel more calm, positive and grounded, my focus and concentration have improved greatly. A wide and varied selection of meditations are used which cater for needs of all, the setting is tranquil and peaceful. Kitty is kind welcoming and her serenity is infectious. I have had regular I.E.T. and Reiki sessions with Kitty when I have been stressed and overworked. 

I can genuinely say that Reiki and I.E.T. have helped me to develop and heal both spiritually and physically in a way I never thought possible. I also attend her guided meditation every week a wonderful  experience.  I have known Kitty for a number of years, she is very passionate about how Reiki and I.E.T. can improve a persons wellbeing.
